Assessment

Our approach is modular, scientifically based and aligned to answering individual questions. It can be used as a basis for decision making in recruitment and selection or as a tool in development processes. Statements about personality structure as well as behavioural tendencies of managers, specialists and teams are possible.

Coaching

Our solution-oriented activities build on the principles of self-responsibility – we empower for self-development.

Coaching ideally starts with an assessment of potential – an increased level of self-awareness promotes the rapid implementation of what is known into practice.

HR Fitness Check

We aim at a thorough analysis of the existing HR instruments and processes as well as their organizational embedding and orientation towards the company goals.
The scope of analysis is explicitly discussed, clearly defined and accomplished together with the people concerned. An action plan with concrete recommendations is the result.
In workshops the implementation is done step by step and assured.

    • leading marketing and sales functions in the medical device industry on a national and international level (Product, Account and Country Management)
    • HR leading function in an internationally active European software company (focus learning and development, building up the structures of the biggest account in the consumer goods industry)
    • HR management function within leading telecommunication company in Switzerland
    • Since 2006 active in two known Management Consulting companies in Switzerland (Zürich and Bern), since 2010 as a Partner. Focus: Management development, Coaching, Learning, Training of individuals and teams, recruitment (headhunting and classical search) and selection with assessments

    Barbara Streit is partnering with Nadia Philipona People & Organizational development since 2020. As HR project & office manager, she focuses on recruitments, assessments, advising on topics such as interview training, elevator pitch, design and content of applications, trainings.

    Master's degree in evangelical Theology, University of Bern, in completion. Focus subjects are solution-oriented communication, mediation and empathy.

    • Product manager for training programs in the field of IT with affinity for digitalization, strategic planning of the portfolio, development of courses as well as technical support for sales.
    • Many years of professional experience in management and assistant positions in the biggest and well-known educational institution of Switzerland, group division experience in the environment of retail as well consumer goods.
    • Expertise in various professional fields such as agriculture, construction and hotel management with a strong customer and service orientation.

    Barbara Streit works in German, French and English.

    Personally, she characterizes herself as grounded / calm, emphatic, solution-oriented and humorous. She is passionate about nature, animals and creative activities with a flair for both personal development and different forms of spirituality.
