Carmen Philipona supports and accompanies Nadia Philipona People & Organizational development since March 2022. She is mainly active in office management with a focus on processes in recruitment, assessment, interview training, presentations and leadership trainings.
Carmen Philipona studied hotel management at the Hotelfachschule Thun and subsequently held the following positions:

Christina Messerli will join the team of Nadia Philipona People & Organizational Development as from May 2024 on.
Christina Messerli is currently studying occupational, organizational and personnel psychology at the FHNW in Olten and has previously completed her education as an EFZ mediamatician. She has since held the following positions:
Christina also completed training as a professional trainer and trained apprentice mediamaticians during her time as a multimedia producer.
Christina Messerli works in German, English and some French.
Personally, she enjoys spending time with sports, friends, family and listening to podcasts on her balcony.
