Assessment

Our approach is modular, scientifically based and aligned to answering individual questions. It can be used as a basis for decision making in recruitment and selection or as a tool in development processes. Statements about personality structure as well as behavioural tendencies of managers, specialists and teams are possible.

Coaching

Our solution-oriented activities build on the principles of self-responsibility – we empower for self-development.
We address individuals and teams who want to work in a structured manner on topics relating to their professional lives, developing personal competencies or managing their professional reorientation (Newplacement). Coaching ideally starts with an assessment of potential – an increased level of self-awareness promotes the rapid implementation of what is known into practice.

In HR Consulting:  as an HR Business Partner. In HR Development: as concept creator, trainers or inhouse coaches.

HR Fitness Check

We aim at a thorough analysis of the existing HR instruments and processes as well as their organizational embedding and orientation towards the company goals.
The scope of analysis is explicitly discussed, clearly defined and accomplished together with the people concerned. An action plan with concrete recommendations is the result.
In workshops the implementation is done step by step and assured.

Changes and Workshops

Through our customized workshops we guide our clients through topics such as vision-, mission-building, annual reviews, values, conflict resolution, change processes, from conception through realization and after-care.

    Studies in Linguistics and Economics, University of Fribourg; MBA HEC Lausanne; Master of Marketing, ZfU Zürich; Certified Coach, SolutionSurfers, Luzern; post-graduate studies in Organizational Development, FHNW Basel (Trigon Graz).

    • leading marketing and sales functions in the medical device industry on a national and international level (Product, Account and Country Management)
    • HR leading function in an internationally active European software company (focus learning and development, building up the structures of the biggest account in the consumer goods industry)
    • HR management function within leading telecommunication company in Switzerland
    • Since 2006 active in two known Management Consulting companies in Switzerland (Zürich and Bern), since 2010 as a Partner. Focus: Management development, Coaching, Learning, Training of individuals and teams, recruitment (headhunting and classical search) and selection with assessments
    • 2015 founding her own company in the field of people and organizational development

    Nadia Philipona works in German, French, English and Italian.

    She enjoys outdoor activities, culinary delights (wine included), exploring foreign cultures and plays music.

    Carmen Philipona supports and accompanies Nadia Philipona People & Organizational development since March 2022. She is mainly active in office management with a focus on processes in recruitment, assessment, interview training, presentations and leadership trainings.

    Carmen Philipona studied hotel management at the Hotelfachschule Thun and subsequently held the following positions:

    • Reservation manager of a renowned 5-star hotel in the Bernese Oberland.
    • Work for many years as an assistant manager in an SME, assisting until the consolidation and sale of the company.

    Carmen also completed various Yoga Teacher Trainings and is now a self-employed Yoga Teacher. She offers group and individual classes in Fribourg and the surrounding area. www.carmenphilipona.com

    Carmen Philipona works in German, French (bilingual) and English.

    Personally, Carmen loves nature, spending time with friends, doing sports and of course practicing Yoga.

    Christina Messerli will join the team of Nadia Philipona People & Organizational Development as from May 2024 on.

    Christina Messerli is currently studying occupational, organizational and personnel psychology at the FHNW in Olten and has previously completed her education as an EFZ mediamatician. She has since held the following positions:

    • Multimedia producer with a focus on photo and film
    • Management assistant in the communications department of a logistics group
    • Team assistant in the communications department of a logistics group
    • Service staff in a family tapas restaurant

    Christina also completed training as a professional trainer and trained apprentice mediamaticians during her time as a multimedia producer.

    Christina Messerli works in German, English and some French.

    Personally, she enjoys spending time with sports, friends, family and listening to podcasts on her balcony.
